Researchers explored how preterm birth disrupts Purkinje cell function, resulting in locomotor learning deficits. The study brought together a cross-disciplinary team of neuroscientists and neonatologists to devise a unique and novel method of analyzing neural circuitry of mice while they underwent movement exercises.
